We take discretion seriously. Because attending a swingers club can reveal information about a person’s sex life — a special category of data under Article 9 GDPR — we keep the data we collect to a minimum and protect it strictly.

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) with Google Consent Mode v2 to understand how the website is used. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings”. Without consent, Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals without identifiers. IP addresses are anonymised and we use no advertising. Our hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) only to deliver the website and keep it secure, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.

If you contact us by email, we use your address and message only to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed.

To enforce the 18+ rule and keep guests safe, we check a valid photo ID (driving licence, ID card or passport) at the door. First-time visitors complete a registration and receive a member card.

Registration data and membership records are processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) and membership of our association (Art. 9(2)(d) GDPR), and where required by law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We keep them only as long as necessary for membership and legal obligations, after which they are deleted. You can withdraw consent and end your membership at any time.

We never sell data, never share it for marketing, and never disclose who visits the club, except where we are legally required to.

Links to SpicyMatch (events, reviews, profile) and Google Maps take you to external services with their own privacy policies. No data is sent to them until you click such a link.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To exercise these rights, email us.
